Online Purchases Return and Refund Policy

For mailed or shipped orders, a claim must be made for a full refund, or replacement of products damaged in transit, your claim must be made immediately. No returns will be accepted without authorization from Oscarnet Inc. Oscarnet Inc. must be notified first within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If a purchased product is mailed or shipped and is lost in transit, not delivered, Oscarnet Inc. will replace the product when a trace has been done. [please note reporting the goods lost on a timely basis within 3 days is essential to us protecting you the customer]

When a product has been purchased and if a claim is made and products returned within 7 days of receipt of the product or products, Oscarnet Inc. must be notified first by phone or fax / email, for authorization prior to return. The refund is only valid if products are returned unused and unopened packages and are in their original packaging . Returned goods must be shipped to Oscarnet Inc. prepaid by the customer by postage or courier service.

Only after notification and authorization first from Oscarnet Inc. can you return unopened unused product, and items, in their original packaging within 7 days (from date of postmark). Your letter with reasons and upon our satisfaction of the claim full purchase price will be refunded. The original invoice must be included with the returned goods.

Returned items are only accepted if the postage/shipping charges have been fully paid and goods are returned in excellent condition. We cannot be responsible for product that is beyond its useful life as confirmed by product purchase dates, that has not been stored properly, or that has been damaged or rendered un-saleable by the customer.

Our Complaint Policy

Visible damage of any goods supplied, including damage caused during transport, have to be made known to us in email / or fax immediately no later than 5 working days after receiving the goods. [We are not responsible for damage due to foreign effects]
